Expunction for Juvenile Records
Expunction is the process of destroying or sealing all of your records with the court and related agencies. In Oregon, if your records are expunged, you may say that the record never existed and the contact that was the subject of the record never occurred. For more information, read the flyer (versión en español) or visit youthrightsjustice.org.
To apply for expunction, return your completed application form (versión en español) to Youth Services at 2727 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Eugene, OR 97401.
