Deflection Program Navigation Services RFP

Lane County Community Justice and Rehabilitation Services (CJRS) is soliciting proposals from interested parties to provide services for the Deflection Program created under HB 4002 (2024). Service provision includes case management, peer navigation services, outreach, and engagement related to the Deflection Program. The scope of this RFP includes programmatic data metrics tracking, reporting, and compliance with Criminal Justice Commission Behavioral Health Deflection Program grant requirements.
