2020 Wildfire Survivor Resources
ReOregon's Housing Support Services (HSS) pathways programs are designed to assist Oregonians in their recovery journey from 2020 wildfires by providing essential housing support services. The program include:
Intermediate Housing Assistance (IHA)
- IHA provides temporary homes and financial support for short-term housing needs such as rent and utility costs. Note that participants are required to pay 30% of their monthly income towards rent
Down Payment Assistance (DPA)
- This pathway provides help with down payments and closing cost for qualified homebuyers who may need additional financial support
Housing Counseling Services (HCS)
- U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)-certified housing counselors will provide in-depth assistance to individuals and families on a wide range of financial and housing-related topics to create personalized action plans to achieve housing needs and goals

Veterans Housing Resources
Veterans meeting certain criteria may be eligible for housing assistance through Semper Fi & America's Fund Housing Insecurity Program. Services include move in costs for unhoused Veterans and eviction prevention services for housed Veterans with an active notice
- In order to be eligible, participants must have a minimum of 180 days active-duty service and a DD214. They must not have a felony conviction or be a registered sex offender, and must not have been honorably discharged.
- To access a referral for Veterans' housing assistance programs, call 211 and mention you are a Veteran who may be eligible to services through Semper Fi & American's Fund Housing Insecurity Program, You may also contact Lane County Veteran's Services to access a referral or contact with additional assistance for Veterans. Eviction Preventiion Rapid Response (EPRR) through Oregon Law Center
Households with a court case number , usually beginning in "#25LT", who have a first appearance scheduled or have been to their first appearance could be eligible for Eviction Prevention Rapid Response
