Filters

• Click on the “apply filters and search button” to see search results with the filters you’ve selected

• To reset the filters, select the “Clear all filters” button. This is also the fastest way to see the list of all providers who are on the webpage. Providers are listed alphabetically

• Too many filters can give 0 results. Remove one at a time or hit refresh in the browser to reset the page

• Example search:
  •  If you are looking for a therapist, select “Therapy” from the “Availability” dropdown menu to see providers with openings

More Info Icons

• Click on the words “More Info” next to a provider to view their contact information and profile

• Below the “More Info” button is the date each provider last updated their availability. If the provider does not have any openings, there will be information on when the provider expects to have openings

1. Enter any filters you would like to apply, and click on the “Apply filters and search” button

2. On the top of the right side of the page, click on the “Share” button: 

3. Select “Copy Link”

4. The link will be copied to your clipboard. You can send this link via text or email, and the filters you have selected will appear when someone opens the page. The recipient MUST select the “Apply filters and search” button after clicking on your link in order for the filters to be applied on their end.

5. You can also click on the “Email” button: 

The same rule will apply that once someone clicks on the link you send in the email, they MUST select the “Apply filters and search” button in order for the filters to be applied on their end.

Instead of sharing a link, you can also take a screenshot of the list of providers.

On a provider's page, you can screenshot or download the information

To download, select the "Download" button at the top right side of the page and select "image" or "PDF". These options allow you to download the information on that page and send via text or email as a PNG or PDF.
