Thank you for visiting the LaneCare Community Resilience Toolkit. In 2020, 10 individual toolkits were created to support many groups in Lane County, especially relevant during the Covid-19 lockdown and subsequent notable reductions in services. Individual toolkits have been archived, as we no longer have the resources to manage individual toolkits and keep them up-to-date.

This page includes external resources that are regularly maintained by community partners and provide information for Lane County residents. Many of the programs below also have pages or phone menu options specific to veteran, 2SLGBTQIA+, BIPOC, immigrant, healthcare workers, and other populations which can be found once you navigate to the website.

When a direct link to a Spanish page is available, it is provided. Websites that require clicking the "language" or "translate" button are noted for Spanish below, but usually have additional languages available.
