CURRENT STATUS: The approved Type II decision was appealed in a timely manner on December 18, 2024. Six (6) appeals were received and accepted. A Hearings Official appeal hearing is scheduled for February 14, 2025.
The Hearings Official has allowed for an extended Record Period subject to the following deadlines, if you plan to submit information please provide digital copies to me by email prior to the deadline (if your submittal is over 20 pages please also submit a paper copy):
- Open Record for any new information until March 7, 2025, at 4:00 PM;
- Comment/Response (limited to response to new evidence submitted during open record) until March 21, 2025, at 4:00 PM;
- Final Rebuttal for the Applicant until March 28, 2025, at 4:00 PM.
