Eagle Rock

Park Description

Eagle Rock Park in Vida, OR is a popular off-river day-use site along the McKenzie River, valued for its easy access and peaceful setting. The park spans 13.3 forested acres with 655 feet of river frontage and sits directly across from the striking Eagle Rock - a volcanic monolith rising more than 250 feet above the river.

A newly completed picnic shelter, ADA-accessible pathways, and an ADA parking space make it easier for more visitors to enjoy picnicking and quiet time by the river. While parking remains limited, Eagle Rock Park continues to be a favorite stop for day users and those taking a break from nearby river recreation.
