North Jetty


Park Description

North Jetty sits at the mouth of the Siuslaw River near Florence, Oregon, offering views of the jetty and access to the Pacific Ocean. Visitors can enjoy diving, fishing, picnics, birdwatching, and scenic strolls—about a one-mile beach walk north leads to the county’s Heceta Beach.

Current amenities include porta-potties and picnic tables. The parking lot is rough, but Lane County Parks is upgrading parking lots at North Jetty, including paving, vault restrooms, and new amenities, expected to be completed by spring 2026. 

Park Information 
  • Day use is open year-round from dawn - dusk.
  • No Day Pass or Annual Pass required
