Rock Dock


Park Description

Rock Dock is a scenic spot on the south jetty side of the Siuslaw River near Florence, Oregon known for excellent fishing and crabbing. Owned by Lane County, the dock sits next to a parking lot managed by Siuslaw National Forest, where a Northwest Forest Pass is required.

Visitors can enjoy sweeping river views and watch for local wildlife while casting a line from the dock. A restroom is available on site. The sandy approach to the dock is not wheelchair accessible, and there are no picnic tables, making it a peaceful, activity-focused stop. 

Park Information 
  • Day use is open year-round from dawn - dusk.
  • Parking lot is part of the Siuslaw National Forest and requires a Northwest Forest Pass or Interagency Pass.
