[Reactivated] Culture of Belonging Trainings 2025: During this 1-hour training, we will learn, engage, and begin to define what a culture of belonging in Lane County is. 

• This introductory content is being repeated monthly through the end of the year. Registration available on LEAP here. 

• Remaining dates: 8/27 (in person at the PSB in the evening), 9/29 (in person at Public Works), 10/17 (virtual), 11/20 (in person at DDS), 12/19 (virtual). 

Equity Program Advisory Board (EPAB): The next regular meeting is on 10/28/25. 

• During our July meeting, the group celebrated and showed appreciation for three voting members who completed their term and will be stepping off the board. Our two alternates accepted moving into voting roles as of August, which means we will start our recruitment process soon to fill our alternate spots.  

• Additionally, the group concluded their data collection assignment related to Equity Strategic Plan (ESP) goal 5 and staff will be sharing back themes at the October meeting.
