Unincorporated Communities Manufactured Home/Dwelling Park Allowance Code Amendment

Lane County was granted a Housing Planning Assistance Grant from the Dpertament of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) in 2025. DLCD granted funds to the County to hire a private land use consultant to assist in completing code amendments to allow manufactured home/dwelling parks within unincorporated communities in compliance with Oregon Administrative Rule 660-022. The consultant for this project is Lane Council of Governments (LCOG), who will utilize the options of OA 660-022 to increase housing production, affordability, and choice in unincorporated communities.
