Family Support for Lane County 

We can give you personalized support with Registered Nurses or Family Support Specialists. We'll give you 1:1 support in connecting to and using community resources, along with parenting education, and being a person you can trust with all your parenting questions. Registered Nurses or Family Support Specialists come to meet with you in your home or place of your choosing to help you be the best parent you can be!

This health center receives HHS funding and has federal Public Health Service deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.

LCPH services are available regardless of age, race, color, sex, religion, national origin, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, and marital status. LCPH facilities are wheelchair accessible. LCPH materials are available upon request in alternative formats such as: large print, Braille and other languages.
