LIHEAP applications for households on the priority mailing list will be mailed out the week of December 1st.
If your household received LIHEAP between 10/1/2024 and 09/30/2025 and have a household member age 60 or older or a household member who receives permanent disability payments, you should be on the priority mailing list.
If you do not receive your application for LIHEAP by mid December, contact our office so we can verify your mailing address.
The LIHEAP waitlist for everyone else is anticipated to open January 5th, 2026 at 9am. The waitlists will close quickly but will open again on February 2nd.
