Results Posting Schedule

Upcoming Deadlines and Important Dates:

  • August 15th, 2025 – Last day for jurisdictions to file Notice of Ballot Title/SEL 805 for publication to meet the requirements for challenge period.
  • September 4th, 2025 – Last day for jurisdictions to file (or withdraw) Notice of Measure Election/SEL 801, 802, or 803.
  • September 20th, 2025 – Military and overseas ballots mailed.
  • October 14th, 2025 – Voter registration deadline for new Oregon registrants to receive a ballot for the November 4th, 2025 Special Election.
  • October 30th, 2025 – Last day to mail ballots.
  • November 4th, 2025 – Election Day. Ballots must be postmarked by the United States Postal Service or returned to a drop box or elections office before 8 p.m.
  • November 11th, 2025 – County offices closed in observance of Veteran’s Day.
  • November 12th, 2025 – Last day to receive valid postmarked ballots. (Adjusted under ORS 187.010(3) due to Veteran’s Day Holiday)
  • November 25th, 2025 – Last day to resolve ballot challenges.
  • December 1st, 2025 – Election certified. Elections office livestream concludes.  


Ballot Dropsites

Here is the list of Official Ballot Dropsites.  The Ballot Dropsites will be open on Friday, October 17th, 2025, through 8 p.m. Tuesday, November 4th, 2025.



Districts Receiving Ballots

The upcoming election will be held for the following districts:

  • City of Springfield

  • Dunes City

  • Lane Fire Authority

  • South Lane County Fire & Rescue

To check whether you live in one of these districts, visit oregonvotes.gov/myvoteThere, you can view your voter registration information and confirm whether a ballot has been issued to you.
