Help Shape Lane County’s Future
As you may know, Lane County is in the process of updating its three-year Strategic Plan, and your insights are critical to its success.
To date, we've gathered insights through surveys and focus groups with Lane County employees and the community and held work sessions with County leadership. We've used this information to prepare a preliminary draft of the Strategic Plan. Now, we need your input to refine and enhance it.
We invite you to join us at our upcoming Strategic Plan Community Open House meetings, where we will discuss the elements of the draft strategic plan, present the work accomplished so far, and gather your feedback. Here are the details for the meetings
- Virtual Open House: Monday, May 12 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
- In-person Open House: Wednesday, May 14 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at Harris Hall (Public Service Building/Courthouse, 125 East 8th Avenue, Eugene)
- Online Survey: Open May 12-25 via a link posted on the County’s website.

Your feedback will directly influence Lane County’s strategic priorities, ensuring they align with the needs and aspirations of our residents.
