Parcel 23A05; 130 Oakleigh Drive, Eugene; Winning bid $161,200 

The following properties did not receive any bids and will be offered at the next auction with a lower starting bid:
Parcel 23A02; 1342 Quinalt St., Springfield; minimum bid was $180,000
Parcel 23A03; Brabham Rd. & Hwy 58, Pleasant Hill; minimum bid was $100,000
Parcel 23A04; 892 32nd Place, Florence; minimum bid was $225,000

Winning bids will be presented to the Lane County Board of Commissioners on April 23, 2024, and Quitclaim Deeds will recorded soon thereafter. Ownership information will be available after deed recording is complete.
